The diagram should illustrate the project references.
Visual studio should be able to illustrate this file. Probably .dgml if cannot find better one.

Research for other file types that can illustrate such diagram and VisualStudio supports.
Add diagram with project references.
Optionally - simplify project references.
Optionally - check whether the diagram can be included to the README file.
Merge the pull request.
