Unknown Behavior To Existing Designs Making It Unavailable

Issue:
I am experiencing an issue with the account where some slideshows and diagrams that were previously added to Mermaid are no longer available. I am confident that these items were not deleted by our team.

Request:
Could you please help us investigate what may have caused this and advise on how we can recover or restore the missing content?

Hi @mmoustafa2 ,

I’ve checked the account on our end and don’t see any deletion activity, all diagrams and slideshows still appear to be present.

To help us dig deeper, could you share:

• The names of the missing diagrams/slideshows

• When you last remember seeing them

• A screenshot or short screen recording showing where they appear to be missing

With that info, we should be able to investigate further and figure out what’s going on.
