Currently, information is getting inserted into the IPFS network using a HTTP connection to an RPC endpoint. It's all fine & good, but it only works locally, so an external provider is needed & [Storacha](https://storacha.network) is the most intriguing. A user can sign up using a GitHub account, so each new user will be expected to do that, and they serve their own content.
