Optionally Upload Imported Assets into IPFS #36
Description
Currently, when you "Upload" a CAR file, it's structure is imported into a Neo4j graph. The actual file information is discarded.
It should be possible to insert that information into IPFS — both Kubo & Storacha.
The problem is thornier than simply calling uploadCar. The UI displays a tree view of the CAR being imported & allows the user to select only portions of it for import.
