Integrate a TTS engine for the bot.

There are many options:

  • DeepSpeech
  • Tacotron2
  • Hifi-GAN
  • 15.ai (tho that one is closed)
  • Mozilla LPCNet

Ask in the Audio DeepFakes discord, and nearcyan for advice, as we want something real time.

On the Neos side, we may be ablt to use the new functionality to play aribtary audio streams to implement the actual voice output, or we may be able to use one of those virtual audio cable software to play an audio stream/file throgh the bot.
