We can start with some open-source SOTA system like DialogGPT+DialogRPT from Microsoft, and then fine tune it and extend it from there, with functionalities useful for Neos users.

Could add feedback from users to improve the DialogRPT and also fine tune from data scrapped from Neos discord to make the bot potentially super useful for Neos users!^^

This basic "brain" will probably live in a separate MetaGen server that is accessible through different "shells", where the metagen Neos bot is only one of them
