[Bug]: Unable to switch / add account in the Portfolio

Describe the bug

User can't switch / add account in the Portfolio. The account icons in the Portfolio and in the wallet display different accounts. Granting account permissions does not rectify this issue. Furthermore, attempts to add an account or multiple accounts from within the Portfolio result in the display of an account with an incorrect hex address - 0x1.

2. In the build-in browser go to the https://portfolio.metamask.io/
3. Try to switch an account
4. Try to add an account

Reproduced on device Pixel 6 Pro - Android 14

• Portfolio Settings display an incorrect connected account - 0xaa36
• Portfolio Dashboard displays error message: Something went wrong.
• When clicking on All accounts button, the same incorrect account address is displayed
• When clicking on the Blockies icon in the upper right side of the Portfolio page, the correct connected accounts are displayed
