Current behavior

Links in the last visible row of the resolution criteria are not clickable (e.g., "this counter" link below), seemingly because there is some padding that sits above them in the z-stack. Since this row is above the "fade", it's visually intuitive that these should be clickable without first hitting "show more".

Expected/desired behavior

All links above the "fade" (i.e. first and second row) should be clickable.
