Some recorded lives are broken the audio is okay but the video stay like this photo for more than 10 minutes sometimes it's fix for the same video and sometimes still like this until end

I have the same problem. It seems random.
The video may be 2 hours long, and sometimes there are like 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or just 30 seconds of screen like that.

It seems random to me, I couldn't identify any specific users/duration/common information regarding the problem, but it happens.

It started probably one or two months ago. Earlier this year there was no problem.

It seems to me it may be something that changed tiktok-side, because there was not such problem until some months ago.

@Michele0303 I just recorded the same live (more or less) with this release and the old release.
A good and a bad news:

• bad news: the problem is still there, sometimes artifacts appear during the video;
• good news: comparing the same recording, now the artifacts seem to be quite less intrusive. In the video recorded with the old version, there are minutes full of artifacts, while in the video recorded with the new version there are seconds here and there.

Of course, I did only one test, but for now it's at least better.

@Michele0303 I did more recording and I think it's still mostly random, I have now a 15 minutes recording with... 11 seconds usable and 14 minutes and 50 seconds of artifacts with version 5.7

I have no idea, I think it's a tiktok problem.
