Certainly, the final note about Windows 10S is obsolete.

But it feels like the article could use a thorough review to add mention to newer capabilities added to MSIX over time (for example the WriteCompatibilityShim or InstalledLocationVirtualization might be mentioned).

Also, there are probably additional items that should be added now that Microsoft has had more experience in working with developers on their apps since this article was written.
