+1. Install Java 21 JDK from https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk21-windows. Both the normal installer and MSI installer are fine.
+2. On the top right hand of this github page, under the About section, you should see a Releases section. Click 0.1.0.0. Then, click and download GTOHelper.jar
