• Connect your device.
• Make sure the "debug via USB" is enabled.
• Make sure the CADT is running (Also, note that the app is actually named "App Dev Tool" - I couldn't find the installed app until Ian told me the name).
• Open "www" folder from the cloned package in CDE.
• Select the folder and "deploy to mobile".
• open chrome://inspect in your chrome browser.
• Find the App on your device and click "inspect"."

Idea: if you use CDE deploy over network, it should not cause a conflict right?
