In case of a standard transmission with gears and groups this option adds idle throttle to the vehicle. The vehicle will automatically accelerate to keep the RPM at (or above) minimum or PTO RPM. Additionally, it limits the RPM to the acceleration axis. If the throttle is at 70%, then the motor is limited to 70% RPM.
