Reproduction:

be bloodsucker
pick tremere
obtain the possession ability via leveling up dominate, which says it should revive dead people as temporary thralls/vassals
utilize it on a dead crewmember
action bar appears, and it fills, however you just punch/hug them when it finishes, and the target isnt revived, nothing happens really
