Reproduction:

If someone is trying to scan artifacts and there is a ghost standing on the same tile as the artifact scanner, the machine will decide to take in the ghost rather than the artifact as the scanner can only scan one item at a time. And this results in people not being able to scan their artifacts if there is a ghost afk on that tile.
