Reproduction:

Two times now I've died and gone to the underworld only to be told "My toll to travel with the Carriageman has been paid for."

There is no toll in my hand, none on the floor, Carrageman still says "FETCH THE TOLL AND YOU MAY BOARD". the actual carrage says "It's LOCKED." I have no problems going out and finding the toll myself.

I'm not sure if the text is playing every time i die, regardless of toll payment or if my toll is supposed to be paid and isn't.
