描述问题 Describe issue

打开应用后未播放音乐椒盐音乐就会成为“后台活跃应用”，划掉后台也不会停止，除非手动停止或者打开椒盐音乐设置中的通知栏关闭按钮并点击关闭通知。如图
期望的行为：仅在播放音乐时成为后台活跃应用，暂停音乐或划掉后台后不再是后台活跃应用，类似 Poweramp, Spotify, YouTube Music 等应用的逻辑

尝试将电池设为自动优化没有用，设为限制会导致后台播放音乐无声音。
