Ring Quad RBG Reset

Hello,
I was just wondering if I could get some assistance with my this code. Currently I have 2 Fan controllers 1 Ring Quad for my GPU and a Ring Plus for my CPU. The problem is after starting the program everything will work properly for 3 seconds then my Ring Quads will reset to a spinning RGB state. Any help would be greatly appreciated
