This is a renting system that can be used to help the one managing the apartment streamline billings.
I used Apache POI for manipulating the Excel File and Java Swing for the GUI.
The JAR File is located at /dist/BasicRentingSystem.jar.
The initial login credentials are: Username: admin Password: admin123
The credentials are hard coded.
