This builds on #73 and is a very central feature 3. The concept also still doesn't have a great name, as it relates to any sort of in-game designation of an area that serves a purpose of some sort.
Specific workshops / rooms may be defined in a groovy object as to what is needed for the defined area to quality as "x" - for instance a fancy bedroom for a creature may require a specific assortment of furniture (in particular a bed, or whatever a specific creature rests/sleeps in)
For a more simple implementation simply being able to designate an area and attract Gelatinous Cubes to it might be a worthy test, although that then begins to stray into AI
