Backend support for experimental data #22
Description
Endpoint should support:
- Uploading to SBH and/or FJ
- Collection uri
- Required metadata, required params, experimental results (SBH), experimental results (FJ)
- Overwrite on/off (Need to check on overwrite options and fix)
Requires updates to SBS backend and Tricahue (XDC)
- More streamlined XDC run
- New function in XDC to support SBH attachments
