Congrats for the good work and documentation. I could run some genomes without any problem, but I miss the possibility to run more than one sample at the time. Reading the document, seems to be possible run samples in a batch using parallel, but I can't find the comands. Can you help me?

Hi there. I must check what we say in the documentation; Mykrobe doesn't directly help you to run it in parallel. I think the docs must mean, you can use "GNU parallels" to parallelise. But also bash, Nextflow, snakemake, etc are options. Are you familiar with any of those?
Best wishes

HI!
I usually run Nextflow pipelines. The other one I use, wrote in the document how to use parallels to run that pipeline with multiple samples.

Thanks,
Leo.
