Allow users to configure MICM through the MUSICA API to use the Backward Euler solver for chemistry.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can choose to use the MICM Backward Euler solver for chemistry

Ideas

  • Follow the pattern used to allow different matrix types with the Rosenbrock solver, and extend to different solver types as well
