Map RAPlots.csv 'BasalStem' to plotObservation's 'BasalArea'?

RAPlots.csv 'BasalStem' is in percent cover, while plotObservation's 'BasalArea' is in area (m2/ha). We will need to use the plot's area and the percent cover, and then convert to m2/ha
