Missing Column for the Internal Population QC Report in the Subject QC Summary Tables Documentation

Issue Description

The documentation for the subject QC sub workflow, specifically at this link, is missing a value in the table for population_qc.csv. The column "is_extreme_autosomal_heterozygosity" is present in the population_qc.csv file but is not reflected in the documentation.

- Files Affected: population_qc.csv, agg_population_qc_tables.py
- Missing Column: is_extreme_autosomal_heterozygosity

Proposed Solution

• Update the docstring in the agg_population_qc_tables.py module which will then get updated in the docs.
• Additionally, include this column in the docstring of the population_qc_table.py module, as the population-specific tables (e.g., African_American/qc.csv) also contain this column.
