Add segmentation logic (splitting across records) and recording of assigned ids, insert versus update semantics

• Records are broken up across Chroma for length, add this algo to the code (Amlan)
• Add update versus insert semantics (including deleting overflow records on update)
• Record proper keys assigned in Amlan's algo and record in DAG
