Fixed Bug. When asking for saving scene changes if pressed cancel it would still go to the different scene.

Added Toggle for usage in Playmode. If you don't want to use it in playmode. you can toggle the flag. "Tools/NMJ/SceneManager/Hotkeys/OnlyEditMode", "Tools/NMJ/SceneManager/Hotkeys/EveryWhere"
