Mirror functionality in #187, but with ML inputs (when available)

  • Add ML attributes and translate them to trapezoid representations
  • Write spatial upscaling function to aggregate ML attributes from reference fabric to NextGen fabric
  • Add functionality to enhance ML data with river width estimates form multi-source dataset
  • Consider edge cases in conversion of ML shape to trapezoids i.e., rectangular and triangular shaped channels.
