How it Can be Done

We'll start with two extremes:

A Great Way

Everything is built from source, within a single repo, using a system such as cmake to develop the project files, and a make utility to compile everything.

The Past EnergyPlus Way

Many binaries and documents are compiled separately and magically dropped into the installer folders.

Our Way

Similar to the past energyplus way, for the time being.
