Currently, if there is a different number of variables in the two files, the MathDiff summary contains a message like this:

"Not comparing field MAIN GAS HUMIDIFIER:Humidifier Gas Use Rate [W](Hourly), which appears in input files <pathA/testfiles/5ZoneWaterCooled_GasFiredSteamHumidifier/eplusout.csv>, but not <pathB/testfiles/5ZoneWaterCooled_GasFiredSteamHumidifier/eplusout.csv>"

This should be reported with a specific status message that can be trapped for summary reporting, on the same level as no/small/big diffs.
