Afternoon ReEDS team, I have a couple of questions related to transmission configuration in ReEDS.
(1) Is the input AC transmission capacity also taken from ABB's GridView model website?
(2) Is the investment in transmission capacity (i.e., INVTRAN) only affected by CAPTRAN and INVSUBSTATION? Are there any other variables that would limit the investment in transmission capacity?
(3) In transmissin_line_cost_components.csv, there is an input multiplier. Is the input to this multiplier related to voltage level?

(4) In transmissin_line_cost_components.csv, why is the AC_base cost not $2,333/MW-mile, but half of $2,333/MW-mile?
In the ReEDS technical document, it says: "Each voltage level relates to the base capital costs reported from the Phase II Eastern Interconnection Planning Collaborative (EIPC): $2,333/MW-mile, $1,347/MW-mile, and $1,400/MW-mile for 345 kV, 500 kV, and 765 kV transmission lines, respectively (EIPC 2012)."
Thank you so much!
