need a nextVenue(...) and lastVenue(...) function

Need a way to explicitly say that i want a script to run some time after the last venue (ex: CAP note saves a follow-up and that goes off 1 day after the last SIG) or before (which is supported by default in the model, but nice to make it more explicit)
