Review_history can grow without bounds.

API endpoints to prune (delete entries from history that are older than a specified date) already exist, but there is no client other than the Swagger UI interface, that currently invokes them.

Consider creating a lightweight CLI similar to Watcher that prunes history for Collections on demand. Date thresholds could be configured with Environment variables or a yet-to-be implemented Collection Setting.
