exclude live stream from password protection?

Is there any possibiliy to exclude the Live Audio / Player at the upper right corner from password protection?

you can edit /etc/caddy/caddyfile and comment the password protect for /stream:

#	basicauth /stream {
#		birdnet $2a$14$IiQ7cuvnVNPUUdSyGGSgwREgswfVMgVrE6ZRpArojKJurOhrYI4Zr6a
#	}

and also ¨/BirdNet/homepage/index.php:
# ensure_authenticated('You cannot listen to the live audio stream');

that does the job, but probably the next update will revert it. so...
