OpenAI Key entered and no GPT 4 to see anymore

Interesting. I entered the OpenAI Key and it shows only GPT 3 and no GPT 4. You can not select GPT 4.
Why ?
Can you help me there ?
I still think gpt4-playground is great because you don't have to log in. Thanks a lot

im pretty sure it means that your specific api access does not include gpt4

I on the other hand see the choise on the left hand side but even if i choose gpt4, api still got the answer that it's gpt3

Hello good morning I just received an email from Open AI saying : You now have access to the GPT-4 API. As part of the general availability of the GPT-4 API, your OpenAI organization (org-3bm8oR0btJ08S31nMny1TzJk) can now access GPT-4 models with 8k context size via the existing OpenAI API.
