migrate to geozero #89
Description
the geozero project aims to unify the rust ecosystem over a variety of geospatial file formats. we currently use geozero but also individual crates such as wkt/wkb/geojson/etc. migrating all of bambam to geozero will simplify versioning + apis for geospatial data formats as well as opt in to a zero-copy model for translating between types, which occurs often in bambam as we use geospatial data for a variety of steps in the process.
