Support Python 3.14 #931
Description
Python 3.14 was released in last October, Annif should add support for it.
At this time there are versions of dependencies that do not support Python 3.14, so they need to be upgraded. At least scipy 1.15.3 and numpy 2.2.6, and probably many more.
Depending on dependency upgrades (which are best to be done after everything else) this could be a part of Annif 1.5.
