Missing Text - Radiant Skylines 1981 Quest with Ness

During the radiant quest with Ness in which you raid Skylines Flight 1981, her dialogue does not appear when you speak to her after eliminating the Raiders.

Only mods used are the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch and XDI.

@Neanka I encountered this same error. I worked past it by having my character step to the side to the point of the the dialogue window refreshing, thus revealing the additional chat options.
