[Sub-issue] Display selected food as active filter/chip above results (Part 2 of #3) #5
Description
Context
This sub-issue addresses the incomplete portion of Issue #3 , specifically Part 2:
When a specific food is selected, display the food name as an active filter/chip above the results area.
Problem
Currently, when a food item is selected (e.g., 'Fruit Punch (with fresh juices)'), no active filter is displayed, even though the food is being filtered. The UI does not show the currently selected food as an active filter/chip, which may confuse users.
Expected Change
- When a specific food is selected via the filter/search, its name should appear as an active filter/chip above the results area, similar to how other active filters are displayed.
Acceptance Criteria
- Whenever a food is selected, its name is clearly displayed as an active filter/chip above the results area.
- The filter/chip can be dismissed to clear the food filter.
- UI/UX is consistent with other active filters.
