Add cutting of cuesheet #555

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I usually have long cuesheet for 2 to 6 hours with many tracks. If I need to cut the set into pieces that are about 30 minutes to 1 hour, there is much work to be done. Please add an possibility to cut the cuesheet into pieces.

I would like to add cut points and get multiple cuesheets out of the application in a batch.
