[BUG] Core Build Logs Overwritten #19

Description

If both Core and Node editions are built, only the Node edition build logs are uploaded as GHA Artifacts.

Steps to Reproduce

Trigger an OS build with both core and node builds
Observe artifacts only contain node build logs

Relevant Code

Other Notes

Updating log names to be unique will allow for keeping all log files for upload
