I’m a beginner working with R packages in Jupyter Notebook, and trying to use FragPipeAnalystR. I’ve installed renv and the suggested packages in RStudio, but I’m having trouble accessing them from my Conda environment in Jupyter.
Is there an efficient way to make these packages available in my Conda setup, or is it possible to install FragPipeAnalystR directly through Conda?
