Enable user/group quota collection in RHEL for ZAPI Collector

Applicable from release 22.11 onwards

1. Create a file custom.yaml if not exist here. In harvest directory, it is conf/zapi
2. Add below content in this file

objects:
  Qtree:                       custom_qtree.yaml

3. Create a new file custom_qtree.yaml here. In harvest directory, it is conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0

4. update custom_qtree.yaml as below

plugins:
  - Qtree:
      quotaType:
        - user
        - group

5: Restart harvest
6: Wait for few minutes and you should see below metrics in prometheus.

In our example, we'll have a quota metric as quota_disk_used
