Refreshing the page on Windows causes loading indicator to appear indefinitely and does not refresh page without another try

Describe the bug
When i'm sitting idle on the NEUR website and then refresh my window, I get an infinite loader and it doesn't want to reload the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sit idle for awhile in a conversation or just the home page, then refresh the window

Expected behavior
Refresh the page without hanging
