Removals from the Neverball addon repo

I removed Reshaun's Anime Levels from the addon repo: Neverball/packages@6a3375e

Gotta say, I'm pretty annoyed by having to do that. Neverball addon repo was created primarily as a measure of preservation. Having to actively remove something from there is opposite of that. (In reality, the levels are no longer installable from within the game. Whatever. One step forward, one step back.)

Did I have to do that? I guess if I want to maintain my integrity, the answer is yes. In turn, I expect creations based on Neverball code or assets to comply with our license.
