pardeike/Harmony#635 Recently got resolved and merged, meaning RML can now launch on headlesses, however this mod currently targets .net 8.

I'm unfamiliar with .net shenanigans but if possible it would be appreciated if Headless tweaks could target .net 9.

Err, there was a slight miscommunication with a friend that helps with setting up our headless, this mod continues to work fine it seems though the issue is still relevant and I'll leave it up due to that.

I successfully recompiled Discord Net to Net 9.0.
