Date Field don't allow show as/granularity formatting #82

The date fields used to be able to change the show as/granularity option but now dragging in a date field into a report doesn't allow any granularity of format to be set. All the formatting fields for date are "greyed out"

Is it possible something changed in GDS to disallow our date formatting approach?
