Bug when switching from Hunters to Spectator

When the round ends, and you will be switched from Hunter to Prop, press F2 between round switching (at the right time) and select Spectator mode. Now you are a Prop, but invisible from other players. That means you are still auto taunting and able to open doors, but aren't visible and shootable. This is very annoying for the Hunters.

Also, how come that I can't equip a weapon as a hunter, just bought in PointShop ?
