Relation aggregation service for NextID

RelationService provides inter-identity relationship aggregation store / search function for web3 / web2.0. Treat it like a search engine, but for identities.

Quick try: https://web3.bio is powered by this.

NOTE: Branch main and develop are switched from ArangoDB to TigerGraph. You can still find ArangoDB version in arangodb branch.

Stage 1: Search engine

One search engine to rule them all.

Stage 2: IdentityRank

PageRank-ish soul rank system. Combine cross-soul activities (web2- or web3-based) to judge if a soul acts like a real person.
