Feature request : multilingual UI

Hello,

First of all, thank you for this project. I think it has a bright future; how many European companies need to comply with GDPR and therefore have to go through the API? I notice that there are few ready-made solutions for small businesses that want to use GPT4/turbo without going through ChatGPT UI. Is there anything other than chatgpt-web and slickGPT?

Regarding my feature request, is it possible to make chatgpt-web more easily translatable? Like a separate file to make it easier for translators to push a translation? And so that the interface in a translated language isn't altered with each update...

I've got lots of other ideas for my business use case (which deals with confidential data), but they'd be useless without translation.

If one day this functionality is possible I'll be able to take care of the French translation :)
